At Sachin & Babi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After completing the online request, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact, and securely seal the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
